This report was compiled (shown here in a non-final draft form) by former Compton PD Sergeant Frederick Reynolds. Compton PD is attempting in this report to account from an absurd management of how narcotics were stored in the Compton PD evidence locker. They presume that drugs are missing from the evidence locker - 60 Kilos worth, but at the end realize it was all but accounted for.
We featured this report in Tupac Assassination III Battle for Compton, and we got this one really wrong: what we were lead to believe was an expose on corrupt cops on the Compton PD (and there are definitely some shady moves in it) some good cops lie Arnie Villarruel got hung out to dry. They just assumed he was guilty and started making all kinds of stupid assumptions against him.
If we had not seen Compton PD rush to conclusions before (Regarding Orland Anderson) we would be a little easier. but its more of the same from these idiots- build a frame and make the picture fit. Arnie was good enough to explain out this mess, and we believe him.
